How can I prevent my UK MVS account being locked?
Your UK MVS account will be automatically locked if you try to access the system using an incorrect password 3 (three) times. Once your account is locked it can only be unlocked by the SecurMed Helpdesk team. Please email email@example.com and provide your UK MVS username and location details.
If you have forgotten your password, please use the ‘Reset password’ option on the login screen to change it before your account is locked due to too many failed login attempts.
