I have tried to reset my UK MVS password but have not received the reset email. What should I do?
When you registered your location with SecurMed UK you provided the email details of your UK MVS Contact. The reset password email is sent to this email address. If your software supplier is listed as your MVS contact, they will have received the email, so you will need to contact them.
If your MVS Contact details need to be updated, please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
